“Trust me / I’m as live as it gets,” is both a (Royce Da 5’9″) vocal sample used in “Fort” and the best way to describeStewRat’s trademark sound. His chops, drops, jazzy guitar samples to his dusty, crate dug, ’60s, ’70s soul record reincarnation is certainly “as live as it gets.” Marinate loves us some StewRat.
